Bilal graduated from Kırıkkale University with a BS in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and he has a master's degree in Electronic Communications Engineering from Yıldız Technical University. He works as a software engineer in financial projects.

Bilal values balance in his life, making sure to not lose their sense of discovery and dedicating time to nature and social projects, in addition to their professional life. He aims to make a positive impact through non-profit social responsibility projects and initiatives

He is an outdoor sports enthusiast who participates in mountaineering activities through the Mountaineering Federation in Turkey and the BMC in England, and also has interests in technology, art, design, and origami.

He is happily married and has one child.
